At Elara Bloom, we do our best to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. We currently ship only within the United Kingdom, and each order is handled with care.
Delivery Time
Every order goes through two steps:
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. During this time, we review your order and get it ready for shipping.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days within the UK.
So in total, most orders arrive within 5 to 9 business days.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 7:00 PM (London time) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 7:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom. All shipments include insurance in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can use that to follow your delivery.
If your tracking link isn’t working right away, don’t worry—it can take up to 2 business days to activate. If there’s still no update after that, you can get in touch with us.
Multiple Packages
Sometimes, items may be shipped in separate packages. If that happens, you’ll receive different tracking links for each one.
Delivery Partners
We ship using trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.
Signature on Delivery
For higher-value orders, we may require a signature when the package is delivered to ensure it’s received safely.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the UK and do not offer international delivery.
Delivery Delays
In rare cases, there may be delays due to weather, seasonal volume, or courier disruptions. We’ll do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience if any delay occurs.
