You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. You are not required to provide a reason. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to the above return address. Once we have received your return, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Typical return shipping costs for a clothing item within the UK range from £2.90 to £5.50, depending on the courier and package size. These costs are not reimbursed.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund if it meets our return conditions. Return shipping costs are not refunded. This structure allows us to maintain fair prices for all our customers.
